Location

The Hotel is located in the town of Lichen Stary by Konin, 20 km from the international A-2 Warsaw - Berlin highway at the north – south crossroads, far from the noise of large agglomerations, in a close vicinity of a picturesque Lichen Lake.  The woodland complex surrounding the hotel has a numerous trail network, which are excellent for relaxing walks and bicycle trips. In the springtime, Lilly of the Valley paths on both sides adorned with these delicate and fragrant flowers constitute an additional attraction of the woods. The woods are a fantastic terrain for Nordic Walking in the summer time and ski runs in the winter.
Nearby the hotel a stretch of reservoirs connecting the Warta and Noteć Rivers is a popular water tourist attraction. They are perfect for kayaking, boating, or riverboat cruises etc.  The LicheÅ„, Mikorzyno and Åšlesin Lakes are a real treat for zealous fishermen due to the bounty and a great variety of fish inhabiting these lakes.  The Hotel itself stands in close vicinity to a managed and cared for beach.  Water in the LicheÅ„ Lake for most part of the year is warm. This is due to the nearby electric plant powered by purified water. Extremely beautiful beaches and swimming areas provide our guests with yet another ideal place to rest and relax amidst extraordinarily alluring scenery of the region.  Picturesque woodlands and lakes close to the Hotel are a wonderful base for recreation as well as for organizing outdoor social gatherings and parties.
